METHODOLOGY

What Staris calculates, what it interprets, and what it does not claim.

A useful astrology product should make the boundary between data and interpretation visible. This is the methodology Staris follows.

01

INPUTS

Birth data defines the starting context.

Staris uses the birth information entered by the user to construct the personal profile used by chart-based features. Date and place are core inputs. When a precise birth time is available, it can improve time-sensitive chart details such as the ascendant and house placements.

When an input is unknown, Staris should not pretend to have precision it was not given.

02

CALCULATION

Structured astrology data is separated from generated prose.

The product includes a calculation layer and a reusable astrology interpretation database. The structured result is then routed into the feature that needs it. This architecture is intended to reduce generic Sun-sign answers and give the language model specific context to work from.

03

RELATIONSHIPS

Compatibility describes patterns, not private facts.

Relationship features can compare the available chart context of two people and describe themes such as emotional style, attraction, friction, pacing, or recurring patterns. They cannot establish that someone is cheating, secretly in love, lying, pregnant, ill, or destined to take a specific action.

04

TIMING

Timing is interpretive, not a guarantee.

Current or future-looking readings can use changing astrology context to frame periods of emphasis or tension. They should be read as prompts for reflection rather than guaranteed event forecasts. If a decision carries medical, legal, financial, or safety consequences, use qualified real-world advice instead.

Your chart. Your context.

Start with your chart, not a generic horoscope.
