For payment issues, include the account email—not sensitive card data.

Staris uses Stripe for subscription billing. Never email full card numbers, passwords, or other payment credentials. A support request normally needs the Staris account email and a description of what you expected to happen.

Send the page URL, the sentence or claim you believe is incorrect, and a source when you have one. Material factual errors should be corrected rather than silently left in place.
