These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Staris, including our website, web app, astrology tools, AI-generated readings, numerology features, compatibility tools, daily insights, subscription plans, reports, chat features, and any related services we provide.
For purposes of these Terms, “Staris,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to Aspire Media Group LLC, the owner and operator of Staris. “You” or “user” refers to any person who visits, accesses, creates an account, purchases, subscribes to, or otherwise uses Staris.
By using Staris, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing a reading, using the AI chat, or interacting with any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use Staris.
1. About Staris
Staris is a digital astrology, numerology, and AI-powered self-reflection platform. The platform may provide personalized readings, symbolic interpretations, compatibility insights, daily guidance, AI chat responses, birth chart analysis, planetary placement explanations, numerology calculations, timing windows, and related content.
Staris may use a combination of user-provided data, astrological calculations, numerology logic, AI-generated interpretation, algorithmic scoring systems, and personalized content generation to provide its features.
Staris is designed for entertainment, self-reflection, spiritual exploration, personal insight, and lifestyle purposes only.
Staris is not intended to be a scientific, medical, legal, psychological, financial, fertility, pregnancy, relationship counseling, or professional advisory service.
2. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using Staris, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and any additional rules, notices, or disclaimers displayed on the platform.
These Terms apply whether you are using Staris as a free visitor, registered user, trial user, paying subscriber, or purchaser of a one-time digital product.
If you use Staris on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
3. Eligibility
Staris is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in their country, whichever is higher.
By using Staris, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We do not knowingly allow children or minors to create accounts or use the service. If we discover that a user is under the required age, we may suspend or delete the account and associated data.
4. Important Astrology and AI Disclaimer
Staris provides astrology, numerology, symbolic interpretation, and AI-generated content. These systems are interpretive by nature. They are not exact sciences, and they should not be treated as guaranteed predictions or factual statements about your life, future, relationships, health, finances, fertility, career, or personal circumstances.
You understand and agree that Staris does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or reliability of any reading, prediction, compatibility score, timing window, AI response, chart interpretation, or numerology result.
Any content provided by Staris should be viewed as reflective, symbolic, and entertainment-based.
You are fully responsible for how you interpret and use the content you receive through Staris.
5. No Professional Advice
Staris does not provide professional advice of any kind.
Nothing on Staris should be understood as medical advice, mental health advice, fertility advice, pregnancy advice, legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, relationship counseling, career counseling, crisis support, or any other form of licensed professional guidance.
You should not use Staris as a replacement for qualified professionals.
This means, for example, that you should not rely on Staris to decide whether to:
- start or end a relationship;
- make medical or fertility decisions;
- pursue or avoid pregnancy;
- take or stop medication;
- make financial investments;
- leave a job;
- sign a legal agreement;
- make major life decisions;
- ignore professional help;
- delay emergency support.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, emotional crisis, risk of self-harm, domestic danger, or any urgent situation, you should contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Staris is not an emergency service.
6. User Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, and outcomes.
Staris may provide guidance, reflections, symbolic interpretations, or AI-generated suggestions, but you remain fully responsible for how you use that information.
You agree that you will not hold Staris responsible for decisions you make based on the platform, including decisions related to love, marriage, pregnancy, fertility, health, money, career, business, family, travel, relocation, personal relationships, or emotional matters.
You should use your own judgment and seek professional advice where appropriate.
7. Birth Data and Personal Information
Many Staris features require personal information such as your date of birth, time of birth, birthplace, current city, relationship preferences, life focus, or personal questions.
You are responsible for providing accurate information.
If you provide incorrect birth date, birth time, birthplace, or other information, your readings, chart calculations, compatibility results, timing windows, and interpretations may be inaccurate.
Staris is not responsible for inaccurate results caused by incorrect, incomplete, estimated, or false information provided by you.
You also agree that you will not submit another person’s personal birth information unless you have permission or a lawful basis to do so.
8. Compatibility Features Involving Other People
Staris may allow you to generate compatibility readings or relationship insights involving another person.
If you enter another person’s birth date, birth time, birthplace, name, relationship details, or other personal information, you confirm that you have the right to provide that information.
Compatibility readings are symbolic and interpretive. They do not determine whether a relationship will succeed, fail, begin, end, improve, or become harmful.
You agree not to use Staris to stalk, harass, pressure, manipulate, control, threaten, or make harmful assumptions about another person.
Staris does not verify the identity, feelings, intentions, compatibility, loyalty, honesty, or behavior of any person described in a reading.
9. AI Chat and AI-Generated Content
Staris may include AI chat or AI-generated readings. These features may respond to your questions using automated systems.
You understand that AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, outdated, emotionally persuasive, unsuitable, or inconsistent.
AI responses may sound confident even when they are wrong. You should not assume that an AI-generated response is factually correct, professionally reviewed, or suitable for your personal circumstances.
Staris may generate responses based on your provided birth data, calculated chart information, numerology patterns, prior messages, selected preferences, or other available context. However, this does not mean the response is guaranteed to be accurate or true.
You agree not to rely on AI-generated content for professional, emergency, medical, legal, financial, psychological, fertility, pregnancy, or safety-related decisions.
10. Predictions, Timing Windows, and Future-Oriented Content
Staris may provide future-oriented language, timing windows, symbolic predictions, daily energy readings, transit interpretations, relationship timing, career themes, financial themes, or similar content.
These features are symbolic and interpretive. They do not guarantee future events.
Staris does not guarantee that:
- you will meet a specific person;
- you will get married at a specific time;
- you will become pregnant;
- you will experience a particular health result;
- you will receive money;
- you will get a job;
- a relationship will succeed or fail;
- a person will return to you;
- a specific opportunity will happen;
- a difficult period will end on a specific date.
Any future-oriented content should be understood as reflective entertainment, not factual prediction.
11. Account Registration
Some parts of Staris may require you to create an account.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must not share your account, sell your account, create fake accounts, impersonate another person, or use another person’s account without permission.

We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if we believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the platform, abused payments, created risk for Staris, violated applicable law, or acted in a way that harms other users or the service.
Reasons for suspension or termination may include, but are not limited to:
- payment fraud;
- chargeback abuse;
- repeated refund abuse;
- fake accounts;
- harassment;
- attempts to hack or disrupt the platform;
- scraping or copying Staris content;
- unauthorized commercial use;
- use of bots or automation;
- submitting illegal or harmful content;
- violating another person’s privacy;
- attempting to bypass subscription restrictions;
- abusive behavior toward support staff.
Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
13. Subscriptions and Paid Features
Staris may offer free features, paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, premium tools, reports, digital readings, or other paid services.
Prices, features, limits, billing periods, and included services may vary depending on the plan or product selected.
When you purchase a paid product or subscription, you agree to pay the displayed price and any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges.
Paid access may begin immediately after successful payment.
We reserve the right to change prices, introduce new plans, remove plans, modify features, or discontinue paid offerings at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period unless stated otherwise or required by law.
14. Automatic Renewal
If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically on a recurring basis unless cancelled before the next billing date.
By subscribing, you authorize Staris and/or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method automatically at each renewal period.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.
Not using Staris, forgetting to log in, deleting the app shortcut, ignoring emails, or stopping use of the platform does not automatically cancel your subscription.
15. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings, billing portal, or by contacting us at [support@staris.app].
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund previous payments.
After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated or unless your account has been terminated for violation of these Terms.
If you have difficulty cancelling, you should contact support before the renewal date.
16. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your subscription or access to paid features may be paused, limited, cancelled, or retried.
We may attempt to process the payment again using the same payment method. We may also notify you to update your billing information.
If payment remains unsuccessful, we may downgrade or suspend your account.
17. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Because Staris provides instant-access digital services, personalized AI-generated content, and digital readings, purchases are generally non-refundable once content has been accessed, generated, delivered, or made available.
Refunds may be considered in limited cases such as duplicate charges, technical billing errors, or confirmed failure to deliver purchased access.
Dissatisfaction with a reading, disagreement with an interpretation, forgetting to cancel, entering incorrect birth data, or expecting guaranteed predictions generally does not qualify for a refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
18. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Staris may offer free trials, discounts, promotional pricing, limited-time offers, coupons, or special deals.
Unless stated otherwise, promotions may be limited to one use per person, account, payment method, household, or device.
If a free trial converts into a paid subscription, you are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.
We may modify, withdraw, or refuse promotional offers at our discretion.
19. Digital Content Delivery
Staris provides digital content and digital services. This may include AI-generated readings, reports, interpretations, dashboard access, personalized insights, compatibility tools, or chat responses.
By purchasing or accessing digital content, you understand that delivery may begin immediately.
Where permitted by law, you may lose certain cancellation or withdrawal rights once digital content has been generated, delivered, accessed, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you.
20. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Staris only for lawful, personal, and responsible purposes.
You must not use Staris to harm, exploit, harass, threaten, deceive, or manipulate others.
You must not use Staris in a way that damages, disables, overloads, disrupts, or interferes with our systems, servers, security, platform functionality, payment flows, or user experience.
You also agree not to use Staris to create, request, upload, submit, or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, exploitative, hateful, defamatory, invasive of privacy, sexually exploitative, violent, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful.
21. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, copy, clone, or attempt to extract Staris code, prompts, logic, systems, or workflows;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, download, or mass-copy content from Staris;
- use bots, scripts, automation, or fake traffic;
- bypass paywalls, subscriptions, usage limits, or security controls;
- resell Staris readings, reports, or AI-generated content as your own service;
- use Staris to provide professional advice to others without authorization;
- upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, systems, or APIs;
- interfere with payment processing;
- abuse refunds, trials, subscriptions, or chargebacks;
- impersonate Staris, another user, or another person;
- use Staris for unlawful surveillance, stalking, or harassment;
- submit another person’s personal information without permission.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination without refund.
22. Intellectual Property
All rights in Staris are owned by us or our licensors.
This includes, but is not limited to, the Staris name, logo, branding, design, layout, user interface, copy, graphics, icons, animations, software, code, prompts, AI workflows, reports, reading structures, scoring systems, calculations, databases, and platform functionality.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Staris for your own personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You do not acquire ownership of any Staris intellectual property by using the platform or purchasing a subscription.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of Staris without our prior written permission.
23. User Content
You may submit information, prompts, messages, questions, preferences, birth data, relationship details, feedback, or other content to Staris.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant Staris a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, transmit, display, analyze, and generate outputs from that content as necessary to provide, operate, secure, personalize, and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the legal right to submit any content you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring your submitted content does not violate law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or these Terms.
24. Generated Outputs
Staris may generate personalized outputs, including readings, reports, interpretations, compatibility results, AI messages, timing windows, or other content.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use the generated outputs for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not resell, mass distribute, publish as professional advice, or use generated outputs to create a competing service without written permission.
We do not guarantee that generated outputs will be unique. Similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users, especially where users ask similar questions or have similar chart patterns.
25. Feedback and Suggestions
If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, feature requests, improvements, bug reports, or business ideas, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation.
You grant us the right to use such feedback to improve Staris, develop new features, modify existing services, or create commercial products.
26. Third-Party Services
Staris may rely on third-party services for payment processing, hosting, analytics, AI processing, email delivery, location search, geocoding, security, customer support, and advertising.
These third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, failures, interruptions, policies, security incidents, or payment processing issues outside our reasonable control.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own agreements.
27. Payment Processors
Payments may be handled by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or other providers.
We do not control every aspect of the payment processor’s systems, policies, fraud checks, card approvals, bank decisions, or subscription management tools.
A payment processor may decline, review, delay, reverse, or cancel transactions according to its own rules.
We are not responsible for payment failures, bank fees, card issuer charges, currency conversion fees, or payment processor restrictions outside our control.
28. Platform Availability
We aim to keep Staris available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Staris may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, third-party outages, security incidents, technical errors, payment processor disruptions, AI provider issues, internet failures, or events beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, including free features, paid features, AI chat, reports, calculators, dashboards, or subscription plans.
We are not liable for loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from downtime, feature changes, or discontinued functionality.
29. Accuracy of Calculations
Staris may calculate birth charts, numerology numbers, placements, transits, compatibility patterns, timing windows, or other symbolic data.
While we aim to provide useful and consistent calculations, we do not guarantee that all calculations are perfect, complete, or identical to calculations produced by other astrology systems, astrologers, software, ephemerides, house systems, time zone databases, or interpretive traditions.
Astrological results may vary depending on calculation method, location data, birth time accuracy, time zone assumptions, daylight saving time rules, house system, zodiac system, and interpretation style.
You understand that calculation differences are normal within astrology and do not automatically indicate a defect in the service.
30. Changes to Features or Interpretations
Staris may update its calculation engine, AI prompts, interpretation logic, scoring systems, design, dashboard, reports, and content at any time.
As a result, readings or interpretations may change over time.
A reading generated today may not be identical to a reading generated later, even using the same birth data.
We are not required to preserve old versions of readings, reports, interpretations, or AI responses unless required by law.
31. Personalization and Repetition
Staris may personalize content based on your birth data, preferences, previous interactions, selected focus areas, or account activity.
However, personalization does not guarantee that every reading will feel unique, emotionally accurate, or highly specific.
Some readings may contain similar themes, repeated language, or general symbolic interpretations, especially where astrology patterns overlap.
You understand that repetition or generality does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
32. No Guarantee of Results
Staris does not guarantee any particular outcome from using the platform.
We do not guarantee that Staris will improve your life, relationships, confidence, emotional state, business, income, fertility, dating success, marriage timing, career, personal growth, or decision-making.
Testimonials, reviews, examples, or marketing claims represent individual experiences or promotional descriptions and do not guarantee similar results for you.
33. Marketing Claims
Staris may use promotional language such as “powerful,” “personalized,” “AI-powered,” “advanced,” “deep,” “accurate,” or similar wording.
Such language describes the intended user experience and product positioning. It should not be understood as a guarantee of factual accuracy, scientific proof, professional certification, or guaranteed prediction.
Any examples shown in marketing materials are illustrative only.
34. User Reviews and Testimonials
We may display user reviews, testimonials, ratings, or feedback.
Reviews represent the personal opinions of individual users. They do not guarantee that you will have the same experience.
We may edit testimonials for length, grammar, clarity, or formatting, provided the meaning is not materially changed.
We may remove reviews that appear fake, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate.

40. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staris, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, partners, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to:
- emotional distress;
- relationship choices;
- medical or fertility decisions;
- pregnancy-related expectations;
- financial losses;
- career decisions;
- business losses;
- lost profits;
- lost data;
- account suspension;
- service interruption;

- AI-generated errors;
- payment processor issues;
- third-party service failures;

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory legal rights, these Terms apply only to the extent permitted by those laws.
Where there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer rights, the mandatory rights will apply.
43. Force Majeure

45. Assignment
You may not transfer, assign, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.
We may transfer, assign, or delegate our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate restructuring, change of ownership, or operation of the business.
46. Severability
