Getting started
Staris works best when your profile is complete. Your birth date gives the first layer, while birth time and birth place make the chart much more precise.
What is Staris?
Staris is an AI astrology and numerology web app that creates personalized readings from your birth details, natal chart patterns, current sky/transit signals, and the questions you ask inside the app.
What do I need to create a profile?
You can start with your name, email, password, and birth date. For deeper readings, add your birth time and birth place. If you do not know your exact birth time, Staris can still work, but rising sign, houses, and timing details may be less precise.
Why does Staris ask for birth information?
Astrology readings depend on planetary placements at the time and place you were born. Birth date handles major placements. Birth time and birth place help calculate the Ascendant, houses, and more personal timing patterns.
Is Staris a mobile app?
Staris is currently a web app. You can use it from your browser on mobile, tablet, or desktop. For faster access, add it to your phone home screen from your browser menu.

Daily Reading
Your daily reading translates the current sky into useful guidance for your day. It may highlight emotional tone, focus windows, relationship pressure, money/career signals, and a practical move to make next.
My Chart
Your chart is the foundation of the app. It shows the personality and life-pattern layer Staris uses to make readings feel personal instead of generic. The more complete your birth data, the better the interpretation.
AI Chat with Staris
Ask questions about your life, relationships, emotions, dreams, career, timing, or current situation. Staris answers using your profile and chart context. Paid plans may include longer memory so the chat can build on previous conversations.
Tarot
Tarot pulls are designed for reflection and decision clarity. They are not guarantees. Use them to explore patterns, blind spots, and next steps when something feels confusing.
Dream Analyzer
Describe a dream and Staris will look for emotional themes, symbolic patterns, and possible connections to your current life phase. More detail usually produces a better interpretation.
Compatibility
Compatibility compares two people’s birth details and looks at emotional style, attraction, communication, long-term friction, and where the connection may feel easy or difficult.
Timeline and timing windows
When available, timing features organize upcoming periods into easier-to-read windows. These are meant to help you plan and reflect, not to replace your own judgment.
Readings are for entertainment
Staris can feel personal, but it is still an AI-generated astrology and numerology experience. It is for entertainment and self-reflection, not professional advice.
Account and profile
Manage your email, password, birth data, and profile preferences from the Profile panel inside the dashboard.
How do I verify my email?
Go to Profile → Account and click Resend verification. Check your inbox and spam folder. The verification email should be sent to the email shown in your account panel.
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Open Profile → Account, enter the new email address, and save it. You may need to verify the new address before some account features are fully trusted.
Can I change my password?
Yes. In Profile → Account, enter your current password, then your new password and confirmation. Use at least 8 characters and avoid reusing passwords from other sites.
Can I change my birth details?
Some birth details may be locked after a period of use to prevent constantly changing the chart behind your readings. If something is incorrect, contact support@staris.app.
Plans, billing, and cancellation
Subscriptions are handled through Stripe. Your plan controls feature limits, memory, and access level.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Go to Profile → Plan. You should see your current plan, Manage Billing, and Cancel Subscription if you are on a paid plan.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your current paid access remains active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Will I be charged again after canceling?
No. When cancellation is successful, Stripe marks the subscription to cancel at the end of the current period and it should not renew again.
Where can I read the refund policy?
You can read the refund rules on the Refund Policy page linked in the footer and support area. If something looks wrong with your charge, email support@staris.app.
Privacy and safety
Staris uses personal inputs to generate personalized readings. You should understand what is used and what the app is not meant to do.
What data does Staris use?
Staris may use your birth information, profile details, app interactions, readings, chat prompts, and subscription status to provide the service and personalize your experience.
Is this medical, legal, or financial advice?
No. Staris is for entertainment and self-reflection only. Do not use it as a replacement for doctors, therapists, lawyers, financial advisors, or emergency support.

How should I use AI answers?
Treat AI responses as reflective guidance. If a topic is serious, urgent, dangerous, or health-related, contact a qualified professional or local emergency service.
Troubleshooting
Quick fixes for common issues.
I paid, but my plan did not update.
Refresh the page first. If it still does not update, wait a minute for Stripe to confirm the payment webhook, then open Profile → Plan again. If it remains wrong, email support@staris.app with the email used at checkout.
The AI answer is loading slowly.
AI readings may take longer when the app is calculating chart context or handling high traffic. Refresh once, then retry. Avoid pressing buttons repeatedly because it may create duplicate requests.
I did not receive an email.
Check spam, promotions, and spelling of your email address. Then use Resend verification from Profile → Account. If it still does not arrive, contact support.
The page looks broken after an update.
Clear your browser cache and open the page in an incognito window. If your site uses a caching plugin or CDN, purge that cache too.
